With more than 30 years’ experience in accommodation and hospitality, Paul Constantinou was one of the founders of Quest Apartment Hotels group and has led its growth to its current status as the largest apartment hotel group in Australasia.
Paul has unparalleled experience in identifying and meeting business travellers’ needs, and has successfully established hotels and apartments within Australia and internationally and has mentored franchisees to help them establish successful businesses. Paul was presented the HM Magazine Australasian Hotelier of the Year Award in September 2012, and was inducted into the HM Magazine Hall of Fame in 2014.
Rohan is a founder and the current Executive Director of Quest Serviced Apartments Pty Ltd and associated Quest Group Entities. A qualified solicitor specialising in commercial law, Rohan has extensive experience in all commercial aspects of operating a successful multi national businesses. From planning and development to negotiations with developers, financial institutions, suppliers, and other stakeholders, Rohan offers a broad base of experience in establishing and expanding a burgeoning business.
A shareholder of Quest Serviced Apartments Pty Ltd and associated Quest Group entities, Rohan has pioneered a role that has made Quest one of the most successful business-to-business franchisors in Australia.
Damian Gallace the General Manager - Hospitality at CEM Group. Damian is a passionate people person with broad business and human resources management expertise.
Throughout his career Damian has held a number of senior positions in human resources management,
workforce planning, training and recruitment across companies such as BlueScope Steel and Woolworths Limited. Damian’s skill set is complemented by a solid business and marketing background, which position him well to assist the CEM Group develop and support its people through its expansion.
Michael is the National Sales and Strategy Manager for CEM Group. Michael initially joined the CEM Group in the position of National Manager – Revenue after 15 years’ experience in senior Revenue Management roles at Accor, Mantra and Hyatt. Michael has an MBA and Diploma in Hospitality Management and offers a broad range of expertise across all aspects of the hotel and serviced apartment industries.
Michael is an energetic professional with vast experience in implementing and administering revenue management functions in hotels and resorts, and analysing, marketing, brand and pricing strategies to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
Andrea is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years experience, working in local government and corporate enterprise before joining CEM Group of Companies.
Specialising in recruitment, payroll, performance development and performance management. Working closely with Quest property managers and senior leadership, Andrea supports the day to day and strategic employee related issues and projects.
Jeff holds the position of Corporate Counsel within the CEM Group. With a background in private practice as a banking and finance lawyer, he brings a wealth of knowledge regarding all operational aspects of the business to the team.
Jeff has a proven track record of assisting in managing the day-to-day issues as well as the ongoing growth of the Quest Service Apartment Group between 1999 and 2015. He is an integral part of the team, working closely with the management group to provide timely legal and commercial advice.
